My room had everything I needed : a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, a little table and seat, a fridge and kettle. There are some things you can get from the hotel like a toothbrush, razor, green tea, etc. They come clean every 2 days (but you can choose to ask for cleaning or not if you want just by sticking a message on your door). The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is good, not in the most popular neighbourhood but it's very quiet and there is a lot of public transport in walking distance. Also close to Tokyo Station, 10-15 min by foot.

Able to get in on a last minute (the day before) booking due to a flight change. When I booked, it looked as though I could only have a smoking room but the staff were able to change me to a non-smoking room. Great location, close to multiple train stations. The staff were very helpful - they didn't speak as much English as other places I stayed in Japan but I was able to navigate making a phone call and asking for chopsticks with my basic Japanese (after all, we are in Japan!). The rooms and bed were comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, especially the bed – one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a while. Would definitely stay again!

The space is limited but spacious enough for one with regarding economical savings. Also love the breakfast with lots of choices, healthy and delicious. And the staffs are super helpful and plenty.

The closest station is a 5-minute walk away, there are two more stations within 10 minutes, and Tokyo Station is only about 15 minutes away.
